On June 1, FSSA began working with a company called Southeastrans to manage all non-emergency transportation for Traditional Medicaid members. 
 
On behalf of our members, LeadingAge Indiana has met with and shared your experiences with representatives from FSSA, including Secretary Walthall and Southeastrans. We will continue to discuss ways to improve the reported operations issues, with the goal of helping to rectify the problems that have occurred since the onset of the program. Please keep us informed of your service experiences and revisit this page for the latest information.
