Location: Greencroft Goshen, IN
About Us: Greencroft Communities is a faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to providing
exceptional care across a full spectrum of services. Our Goshen facility offers a warm, supportive
environment serving 1,150 residents, from independent living to comprehensive healthcare.
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Healthcare
Administrator to lead our healthcare services team at Greencroft Goshen. In this role, you will
oversee operations across our traditional healthcare, short-term rehab, and household living
facilities, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage healthcare services, including nursing and support teams.
• Collaborate with the GG Management Group and contribute to the overall management and
strategic direction of Greencroft Goshen.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with quality and corporate
standards.
• Foster a positive, cohesive team environment and uphold the organization’s mission and
values.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field.
• Licensed Health Facility Administrator in Indiana.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in long-term care.
• Strong managerial skills and a passion for enhancing resident care.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $100,000+
