We are seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing with at least 5 years supervisory experience, and
extensive experience with Point Click Care.

Job Overview:
Responsible to develop an overall view of patients, family, and caregivers by establishing strong
partnerships dedicated to optimal care. The Director of Nursing facilitates the delivery of optimal
patient care by the healthcare team through delegation, facilitation, collaboration, critical thinking,
and prioritization. The Director of Nursing is accountable for the management of care and the care
environment by ensuring effective communication between all members of the healthcare team.
Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance
with physician orders, established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, American
Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Indiana Nurse Practice Act, and the ANA Code of
Ethics.
Responsibilities:
• You will lead, mentor, and manage a nursing team to deliver exceptional care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align, not only with the latest
healthcare standards, but also ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff to create and maintain a resident-centered care environment.
• You will also oversee the nursing department's budget and resources.
Qualifications:
• Unencumbered Indiana RN license, BSN preferred.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
• Must have 5-7 years of prior Director of Nursing or other pertinent experience.
