The LeadingAge Board of Directors has announced that President & CEO, Mike Rinebold, will resign from his position, effective the end of January, 2020. After 3 years at LeadingAge Indiana, Mike has decided to pursue his own advocacy consulting firm.
Mike has expressed his departure with both sadness and excitement. “My work at LAIN has been fulfilling and rewarding. I have met many extraordinary people and am thankful to the Board of Directors for allowing me the privilege to serve this organization and its members over the last 3 years. I leave behind a confident and highly capable staff of professionals to continue to carry out our organization’s mission.”
The Board will immediately name a committee to lead the search for the next President/CEO. A successful candidate will have leadership experience in aging, health care, public policy or association management and be service minded to carry on the mission of the organization, our members and the seniors they serve.
Please join us in thanking Mike for his dedication on behalf of our members and wishing him much success in his new business endeavor.
