Indiana PathWays for Aging Program implementation is right around the corner. During this in-person workshop attendees will learn specifically about the PathWays Coordinator role, and have an opportunity to hear from Provider Relations representatives from each MCE.
The Care and Service coordinator roles are intended to be a key part of implementation of the PathWays program. From membership assessment to coordination of benefits, these coordinators will be active with eligible residents in the nursing home by meeting with residents, family and staff. Please join Dr. Kathleen Unroe and Russ Evans from Probari as they outline what these roles are intended to look like and how you can best prepare to integrate them into your facility.
In addition, representatives from Anthem, United Health Care and Humana will be on-site to field questions and discuss their views on the PathWays transition.
This workshop is a members-only event and is free to LAIN, INALA, IHPCO and HOPE members. This event is not open to non-members.
