Please register online by May 1, 2020. You can pay for registration online with a credit card or select the “Bill Me” option to pay by check. Due to the need for accurate material and meal counts, we will be enforcing a deadline to register.
Name badges and conference materials will be available at the registration table during the and are required for admittance into all conference events.

***To receive the Facility Rate, register the facility group online, selecting session choices for each attendee, and then select the “Bill Me” option for payment. Email Julia VanDeren when the registration is complete to request the discount be applied to the invoice.

Students (enrolled in a college or university or participating in an unpaid AIT program) can receive complimentary registration. (Registration does not include the Executive Breakfast on Tuesday.) Documentation will be required, and online registration will not be available for students.

Retired Administrator Rates are available for former LeadingAge IN Administrators who served the long-term care community for at least 15 years and are currently not employed. Please email Julia VanDeren for these special rates.

Unless otherwise noted, all affiliated events are included in the conference registration fee.

Special Needs and Conference Attire

Please let us know if you need special assistance or menus.

For the conference, we encourage casual attire that can be layered as climate-controlled rooms may be warmer or cooler than you prefer.

Overnight Accommodations

We have negotiated a conference rate with the Conrad Hotel. Follow this link https://tinyurl.com/uvynpww to book into the LeadingAge Indiana room block. We recommend booking early as these rooms do fill fast.

Cancellation

Cancellations received prior to May 1, 2020 will be refunded. Due to the need for accurate material and meal counts, we will be enforcing a deadline to register. Substitutions are welcomed. No-shows will be billed.
